With over 48 years of combined experience in mergers,
acquisitions, finance, corporate growth and financial advisory
services, the principals formed Windward to provide much needed
professional advisory services from an operational and practical
perspective. At Windward we encourage the development of a
well-thought plan and patience, and emphasize the benefits and
need to refrain from entering into a transaction until properly
prepared. This value-added and patient approach is unique in
investment banking, which is an industry that has historically
been anxious to engage and close transactions, failing to
provide the consulting services that can appreciably increase

Our commitment to identifying and understanding a company’s and
owner’s needs, then performing an evaluation of the company to
determine where it has Strengths, Weaknesses, which is
synonymous with discount to value, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT
Analysis) provides the foundation for developing an action plan
to achieve the desired results. In every situation the
principals of Windward are involved from the commencement of an
assignment throughout the entire process to ensure the success
